The monastic timetable allows us to live a balanced life and is made up of the elements laid down by the Rule of St. Benedict. It includes time for prayer Lectio Divina (prayerful reading of the scriptures and other spiritual books), and manual work. These are interconnected and are mutually enriching. Our lives are offered in love and service to God, to one another, and to the guests we receive.
